Accelerating Ju$tice for Pacific Islanders
Designed and facilitated the Pacific Islander engagement process for Meyer Memorial Trust in order to develop priority areas and strategies that will guide future grant making.
Oregon Resource Allocation Advisory Committee
Facilitation of a 30-person multi-sector committee focused on advancing health equity through the transformation of the Oregon Health Authority’s Crisis Standards of Care and Crisis Care Guidance.
Fellows Program Partnership
Lead the design and implementation of Code2040’s earned revenue systems generating $500,000 - $1,000,000 annually. Revenue is generated from securing partnerships with the top tech companies ready to advance racial equity in the innovation economy.
Countywide Employee Survey
Conduct qualitative analysis on Countywide Employee Survey in partnership with Multnomah County’s Survey Advisory Group and the Evaluation & Research Unit. Designed and created “Currents of Change” data visual / storytelling framework to highlight the complex ecosystem of identity, government service, and power.
Community Leads Cohort for SmartCity PDX
Design and implement collaborative partnership between the City of Portland and four BIPOC community leaders to advance digital justice. This partnership included projects related to the development of surveillance technology policy and an open data portal on American Rescue Plan Act spending.
Pacific Islander data Modernization
Direct a 4-person core research team in partnership with the Program Design & Evaluation Services of OHA that established a decolonized, community-centered methodology to collect original data on health equity for Pacific Islanders. This project was co-led by 5 community-based organizations and 10 community research workers.
